He diagnosed the issue and offered an option to replace. He gave me several pumps to choose from and explained the benefits of each one, plus the warranty on each pump. He also showed me the backup system he recommends. After my house was flooded, I decided that being proactive was the way to go. Mike did an excellent job and replaced the sump pump as well as installed a brand new backup system with a maintenance-free battery. I travel a lot for business and having a backup definitely provides an extra layer of security for me. This is my go-to plumber from now on!

They came out and cleaned out my sewer and I did not experience any back up problems, the whole year so I called them again. Yuri came out, and upon his suggestion last year, I chose the hydrojet system and afterwards, Yuri told me that it was very clean and that I probably would be good for two years.
